Dining with Diabetes is an interactive, educational 5-session series targeting individuals with prediabetes, type 1 or type 2 diabetes, members of their support system and/or anyone interested in healthful cooking strategies for Diabetes prevention or management.
The program is offered through Health Services and will include a series of classes on the following topics:
- Cooking demonstrations
- Healthy recipe tasting
- Research-based education
- Participants learning to make healthy food choices
- Learning to incorporate balanced menus into the family dining experience

When: November 8th, November 10th, November 15th, and November 17th from 12pm to 1pm.
Cost: $50 per person
